• Emily G’s pepper sauce
• Shredded carrots
• Red pepper

4-6 Tbsp:

• Mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp of Old Bay seasoning
• 1 can of albacore tuna
• 1 celery stalk or less
• Italian Harvest Pasta
• Sprinkle Salt and pepper to taste
