Royal Cinnamon

Our Royal Cinnamon is widely hailed as the best cinnamon in the world—with over 1,000 five-star reviews and glowing press—this heirloom variety has been harvested in the mountains around the ancient Vietnamese capital city of Huế for centuries.

Despite its long history, it is not widely harvested and has never been exported to the U.S. until now.  It exemplifies the intense sweetness and spiciness for which Vietnamese cinnamon is prized and outshines ordinary Saigon cinnamon in everything from pastries and baked goods to rich, savory dishes.
