Every product is made in small batches using traditional sourdough fermentation, simple ingredients, and time. Many of our recipes use Italian “00” flour, a very finely milled flour traditionally used in Italian baking. Combined with slow fermentation and traditional methods, it creates bread that is both flavorful and naturally wholesome.
We focus on pure, high-quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives or shortcuts. The result is baked goods that feel clean, nourishing, and true to traditional baking.
