Stove Top Steak

Ingredients

  • Butter garlic or Garlic olive oil

  • S.a.l.t Sisters Steakhouse Seasoning

  • Dark Balsamic, Neapolitan, Traditional or Strawberry

Directions

  1. Rub the steak with our butter garlic or garlic olive oil. Next, use our awesome steak seasoning by S.a.l.t Sisters called Steakhouse Seasoning. Rub 1 tsp of this seasoning on both sides the steak. If you don’t have our steakhouse seasoning don’t worry simply use ground salt and pepper. Next, add about 1/4 cup of dark balsamic per steak of either the Traditional, Neapolitan or Strawberry. It’s up to you if you want to let it marinade for an hour or more. If you put it in the refrigerator remember to let it reach room temperature before you cook it. Lastly, turn my pan on medium-high, let it get sizzling hot then add 1/8 cup of garlic butter oil. Once you add the steak do not touch it until you are ready to flip it. I like to cook my 16 oz steak medium well so I cook it for 5 minutes on each side with the lid on the pan. For more gravy, add more balsamic if you like for juice. Once the steak is done. I’ll use the remaining liquid in the pan to make asparagus, shrimp, green beans and/or peppers mushrooms and onions/ garlic. It’s up to you 🤩
