Herbs & Garlic

Herbs & Garlic is an earthy, savory seasoning made with freeze-dried Oaxacan herbs and Colima sea salt. Epazote and hoja santa bring signature Oaxacan brightness, balanced by cilantro, parsley, garlic and onion. Traditionally used in corn salads and quesadillas, it’s also fantastic on roasted veggies, baked chicken, beans and fresh tomatoes.
