La Bolla Bakery brings back the beauty of slow, natural baking inspired by the tradition of Italian bread making. Every product is made in small batches using traditional sourdough fermentation, simple ingredients, and time. Our breads ferment naturally for many hours, developing deeper flavor while becoming easier to digest. Many of our recipes use Italian gluten free flour, a very finely milled flour traditionally used in Italian baking. Its finer texture and careful milling process allow for a softer crumb, better digestibility, and a more delicate flavor compared to standard flours. Combined with slow fermentation and traditional methods, it creates bread that is both flavorful and naturally wholesome.

We focus on pure, high-quality ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives or shortcuts. The result is bread and baked goods that feel clean, nourishing, and true to traditional baking.
